Phone Call

This is a 10 minute phone call to ask me any questions without any obligation or cost.

The relationship between you and your therapist is the most important factor in a successful therapy experience. After a short call, you should be in a better position to evaluate whether you felt comfortable and heard. There is no commitment following the call and no charge for my time either. This will simply give you a chance to ask any questions and find out how I will work with you before you decide to book an initial consultation.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation is £35 and lasts for 30 minutes.

Finding a therapist you are comfortable with will help you get the most out of your sessions. This is your opportunity to decide if my style is a good fit for your needs. It’s at this stage we will talk about types of therapy, your goals, and how many sessions may be required.

Group Rate

Group sessions are confidential, just as they would be in a one-to-one therapy session. Having a strong support network is key when it comes to overcoming addiction. For some people, this kind of network isn’t available at home and they may benefit from the support of others who are going through something similar. Hearing how others cope, learning interpersonal skills, and uncovering how your behaviours can impact other people can all help you on the path to overcoming addiction. There’s a maximum of 8 participants per group and I ask that you have attended at least one individual session prior to joining.

Recovery Room

I will work with you to build the skills and motivation necessary for a life of continued recovery.

Friends & Family Support Room

Families impacted by substance abuse almost inevitably develop into a dysfunctional system.

Group Room

Group therapy guides clients through the process of gaining insight about themselves, others, and the world around them.

“Don’t let the past steal your present.”
