Group therapy is an important part of your recovery journey. It’s a way for you to share your story and experience support and guidance from others.

Each member’s participation in the group is central to their own and other members’ treatment. My role is to lead the group and help members to develop an understanding of each person’s mind and personal situation.

During a group session you will be exposed to different points of view and have the opportunity to learn from others, to receive feedback and support. Each individual will bring with them their history and character, which contributes to any group situation. Understanding this can reduce confusion between how we are both similar to and different from each other.
